Carbon Replacement Filters

Pleated air filters effectively remove airborne contaminants while minimizing any loss of airflow with their increased surface area and density. They can collect and trap more particles than throwaway filters. These filters are typically installed in HVAC systems across numerous industries, including food and beverage, healthcare, hospitality, education, and industrial.

The filter’s effectiveness is measured by its MERV (minimum efficiency reporting value) rating. The rating falls between 7 and 13, depending on how efficiently the filter removes contaminants from the air, based on the site of the particles. The higher the MERV, the more effectively the filter can trap smaller particles.
