Industrial Air Cleaner, Oil Mist Collector
We are extremely pleased with the products we have purchased from Industrial Maid, we have their 2500 series which we use as dust collectors not only just for air quality but we have a specialty powder coating system and using this series allows us to keep powder out of the air.
We use the T-3000 series for all of our welding operations, we have positioned them on top side of the open air booths and they work quite well.
We use the filter wall for sanding and grinding many of our large weldments or larger quantities, we use the wall as the back drop placed a side wall on each side and installed a roof, it absolutely contains the sanding dust better than we hoped, we are currently installing a sand blast cabinet in this enclosure using the filter wall as another filter system to control the dust.
Our OM 36V unit has worked well for several years containing the mist from one of our high production CNC lathes captures it so well that we can pour the collected mist back into our machines.
In cooperation with Industrial Maid, we have developed portable down draft sanding units with belt sanders sitting on the tables, absolutely contains the dust and we can move it from turret to turret, works great.
Would recommend any of their products, not only are the products first class but so are all of the employee’s we work with, customer service is always fast friendly and reliable.

Portable Downdraft Unit
We are very satisfied with our purchase of the Industrial Maid M36 PAC unit. We searched for a long time for some type of dust collection unit to pull away the dust from our cutting wheels when cutting high carbon steel screens. Unsure of how this unit would work, we were pleasantly surprised how it took the smell and dust out of the air. Great product and great customer service all the way around, would recommend their products to anyone.

I order the filters for the Industrial Maid T-3000 air cleaner we have. We have a welding shop, we started with 1 welder about 1 1/2 years ago we now have 3 welders going and this air cleaner system is great. We order the filters by the case and they do a great job at keeping the air clean from the smoke of the welders. I highly recommend it for any shop.

Industrial Air Cleaner (T 7500 Series)
I measured the exhaust airflow on all ten units. I had two units at the 60 hertz frequency already due to the fact they were not reset at the filter change out. The airflow after 15 weeks of operation with the 65% bags and the poly was at 4,900 CFM. The other eight T-7500 units were at 55 hertz frequency and were flowing 5,600 CFM. This proves to me that operating the blower wheel at a slower speed at start up with new bags in fact gives a longer filter life and higher airflow versus operating the blower wheel at 100% from the beginning. A great idea that works at least with the preset ramp up. Have a good day!

Oil Mist Collector
I was at Dresser Rand in Painted Post, New York. This unit is an OM36V-3 with the 5HP 6,000 CFM low pressure blower, the upgraded mist eliminator filters, floor stand, the 0 to 5″ mag gauge and two 14-inch diameter inlet collars on the back of the cabinet. This collector is really taking care of the mist the machine generates. I opened up the filter compartment this Tuesday after 10 weeks of operation and you could not believe all the tramp oil and crap this collector is keeping from getting airborne. The operator next door to this Toshiba vertical lathe loves it as he no longer has to wear a mask and has dropped his union filed grievance.
